- Turn-mill single-setup: L-shape three-way fittings and multi-port distributors are turn-milled in one setup, achieving 3-axis perpendicularity ≤0.02mm and avoiding cumulative errors from multiple clampings — ideal for fluid fittings and gas/liquid distribution blocks.
- Multi-hole precise positioning: Multi-hole groups on end faces are positioned with CNC indexing to PCD ±0.03mm and hole diameter ±0.01mm, completing 5-12 holes in one setup — ideal for valve seats, distributors and spray heads.
