Depends on complexity, size and cost. Welded structures recommended above 500×500mm; small parts typically machined from solid.
Will it warp after welding?
Symmetric weld sequence + vibration aging + finish compensation. Geometric tolerance to 0.1mm/m, with critical faces re-machined.
What surface treatments are available?
Common: paint, powder coat, anodize, zinc, nickel, Dacromet, blackening. Pantone color matching available.
Can you pre-assemble with bolt holes?
Yes — we pre-assemble with bolt spec (spring + flat washers) so parts are ready for use on site.
